Response to the Humanitarian Crisis in Ukraine.
Children in 4B have been selling homemade bookmarks, story books and joke books to raise money for Ukraine. They have raised £55.45 which has been donated to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. Thanks to the children for this kind and thoughtful initiative. #CBC4B #SupportUkraine
This week, two children in Year 6, Indie and Alice, have been making ribbon badges in the Ukrainian
colours, to sell to children with money going towards the appeal.
Thanks to the children for this kind and thoughtful initiative, showing that they do everything in love.

Due to the compassion displayed by each member of Year 5 - and their eagerness to raise money for the Humanitarian crisis in Ukraine - on Thursday 17th March, all pupils in Year 5 will be involved in a range of fundraising activities throughout the day.
These activities will include coming to school in Blue and Yellow to represent the colours on Ukraine’s National flag or their own clothes, a sponsored walk around the school field/ premises (weather permitting) with the aim to walk between 5 and 10km and also- to mark the end of our Crime and Punishment topic-the children will be able to put me in the ‘stocks’ and soak Mrs Ellis-Rushton.
There will definitely be photographic evidence of this after Thursday.
